Hello! Hope I have explained the answers in detail. Once again, if you still don't understand why the answers are as such, please do ask me. No erasers ok! :)
2) The word is ‘protested’.

3) He said that he did not have piano fingers.

4) It refers to Henry’s fingers.

5) It is ‘itching to try’.

6) He did this by playing the lower and upper keys of the piano respectively.

7) He was able to play the tune that Aunt Agatha had hummed to him.

8) He had a good musical ear like his great-grandmother.

9) Henry asked Aunt Agatha a question
about the baby in the photograph and this upset her.

10) He preferred the ‘new’ Aunt Agatha. The ‘new’ Aunt Agatha was friendlier and more approachable.

11) She did not handle the dishes gently.

12) Aunt Agatha knew about it but she refused to talk about it.
